We spend a lot of our lives in a yang state – always on the go with work, kids, family, sports, training etc. All three of the yoga styles I specialize in Critical Alignment Therapy, Yin, and Nidra focus on the yin side of life. They are similar in that they require our movement muscles to relax so we can reach the deeper layers of postural muscles, connective tissue (fascia), and the bones, releasing tight tense muscles and creating a quiet strength through relaxation.
Preparation for class
If it is your first time attending a Critical Alignment Therapy (CAT) class, please arrive 45min early to complete paperwork and receive an introduction on what to expect during a CAT class. All required props and yoga mats are available at the studio; however, if you prefer, please bring your own.
